Liberty Auto Repair

I have used Liberty Car Care a couple of times now. I use to have a personal mechanic I knew to work on my vehicles. I did not know who to trust in the world of car repair places. The franchise places (Firestone, Dealerships, etc.) were good quality, but seemed to always push other services or repairs that “needed” to be done - and at cost prohibitive rates. Are they being honest, do I really need these other things done, or is it their job to upswell and make the bill higher. Ive just used Liberty Car Care a 2nd because I was impressed the first time. This time my fix was either a $150 fix or a $2500 fix. Before they told me that I expected a $2500 fix. But they tried the less expensive route and it was good to go. So relieved. They are honest. They explained everything so well to me. I never really have time to write reviews. But I am a business owner, (Mold Experts) I know how valuable good reviews are. This one is genuine. Too wordy, I know. But if you are looking for an honest, high quality place for care repairs, I highly recommend Liberty Care Care.

I had them check out an issue that I was having and they did a quick diagnostic and gave a clean bill of health. I was surprised because like most Car repair shops they didn't "find" or "strongly suggest" a long list of other issues. I'd recommend them for this kind of honesty. Thanks guys!

I called the day before pretty desperate to get my alternator replaced, they fit me in the next day and didn’t try to overcharge me or say things needed to be done that didn’t like many other places I’ve been to. They were all really kind and even showed me what they did (even though I don’t know much about cars, they explained it to me). I will definitely use them again and recommend. Thanks, yall!!

Long overdue, thank you Jeremy for having a team that was professional, precise, and knows what they are doing! But most of all thank you for helping me out when I was in a jam. Christmas time, lost my job because of Covid, 2 kids, starting new job and bad wheel bearings couldn't get me there. Strapped for cash hoping to make payment arrangements with a scorned business owner, you took a chance anyway. Your generosity, kind words, and introduction to other amazing businesses in Liberty like The Fish Market and Landry's not only allowed me to start a new job without stress and be cabby for my kids, I was also able to explore other great parts of our community. Just like to say thanks to Jeremy and his crew... His team helped transform our 68 Camaro and 72 Jeep Commando into vehicles that we can take out to shows and feel safe in doing so... look forward to seeing them on the Liberty square at the shows they sponsoring... GO TEAM J.........
