We had our radiator bust and so we called Liberty car Care to see if they could get us in and they were able to get that in and fix it the same day so we only had to be without the car for the one day. That alone sounds amazing but what's even better is when we got there to pick up the car they told us exactly what the cause was and because it was a result of a previous accident we were able to connect with that other shop and they provided additional information to show that this was a result of that. Because of that, we were able to submit this issue to our past claim for refund, which saved us a ton of money. The shop was extremely friendly. Super helpful and when it came down to it they were there to help us get the best possible outcome. So thank you guys so much!.

I scheduled an appointment for 2/19 and my car stopped working for me on 2/13 so I gave them a call and asked if I could have my car towed there early to which they agreed. Not only did they let me do that but they took a look at my car on 2/16 and just called me saying it’s ready today! They have been very helpful and communicative and have definitely proved that they go the extra mile for their customers. I will definitely be returning to them any time Ive got an issue in the future! Highly recommend!
