I am blown away by the customer service! I called on Tuesday asking if they had an appt for Wednesday. Corey told me they were booked but I could drop my car off and they would try to work it in and at least get an idea of what needed to be done. I did just that. Dropped the car off at 8:45am and had a phone call by 11:00 with a quote for our repairs. I approved the repairs and asked if it was safe to drive while we waited for the parts and/or next available appt and he told me they would have it done that day. My car was ready by 4pm. I would not have been upset if I needed to wait, but greatly appreciate the shop working us in. While I appreciate the skill, expertise, and efficiency, I am most impressed with the communication. I admitted to Corey that I do not know much about cars, so he took the time to explain why we needed each repair. For example, when he said I needed new strut links, he told me, "This is why you feel and hear every bump on the road." I chose Liberty Car Care because of the great reviews, and I am not disappointed. I will definitely use them when needed in the future. Thank you for the FABULOUS service!!
