I had recently purchased a pair of tires from another local tire shop in the area due to uneven wear. During the install they rotated my old tires from rear to front and failed to see the significant issue with those tires that Liberty Car Care noticed within 30 seconds of looking at them. The gentleman (I can't remember his name) that was assisting me, explained what the issue was, gave me advice on purchasing another 2 tires. The short time I was in the store I felt welcomed, educated and appreciated as a customer. Need to say I won't ever go back to that other store, ever again. Liberty Car Care has just gained another customer! I wish I could remember his name as his customer service skills need to be recognized. Thank you so much for taking the time to show me the issue and explain things!!!

Great experience with this group! Went in for a 100k mile check up and they worked with me on things I needed and even highlighted things I didn't. Great care and service!

I have never cried tears of joy over auto maintenance before, but today I did. No pressure (I think he said “don’t feel stressed about this at least 3 times), only genuine concern. I had a tire held together by prayer and karma, but we made an arrangement that I could afford to get safe right now. All staff was friendly and professional and Saturday hours are very convenient. They even have toys for the little ones. I was looking for a new shop after my usual spot closed, but my search is over. Hallelujah!

So a couple of weeks ago, I was heading out of town and my check engine light came on. Liberty Car Care was OPEN on a Saturday which was amazing and quickly identified the problem. Customer service was top rate and the staff member ensured my kiddos were entertained while we waited.

I have had my vehicles inspected here and today had the break checked today. All the guys are friendly and honest willing to work with you. Never try to up sale you. I would recommend these guys for all you vehicles needs

Had an emergency with a friend's car. They offered a good price and were able to get me in right away. When it turned out the job was bigger than anticipated Corey communicated clearly and gave me options before starting. I will definitely use them again.

Friendly professionals who dont try to upsell. Fair pricing and the work gets done no calls saying it will be later then expected or showing up and it hasn't been touched. These are the guys to see when your car has a problem.
