I am so grateful to have found Corey and his team at Liberty Car Care. I have always gone to the dealership for my car maintenance and service but since moving back to Liberty recently decided to give Liberty Car Care a try and boy am I glad I did! When I called to make my appointment, I spoke with the owner, Corey, and he took the time to look up my vehicle and explain the options for my service. I was able to get scheduled for an appointment that week and they were incredibly efficient in completing my service. He recommended I get new tires and explained everything very thoroughly to me, as well as going over my pricing options. Never once did I feel like he was being pushy or sales-y - I looked at other options but decided to get my tires at Liberty Car Care because I feel like I can truly trust Corey and his team. They are all experts at what they do and I sense a true pride in their work. Thank you, Corey and team!

They took great care of me. I had an unexpected issue that left my car out of service. They worked my car into their schedule which included diagnostics, ordering parts and repair time and I was back on the road in just a few days. They explained everything clearly and were very helpful. I'm so appreciative of the excellent care and service receirved.

I took my car to Hyundai for a recall and an oil change but my filters were fine. (I was shocked)... They of course give me a list of things that should be done soon. Front brakes for sure! So I call liberty car care about 2 months later to finally get them done. They call back and say, you don't need brakes. I did need a few other things that needed to be done so I had them do those. Then they call and say you are a quart of oil OVER, do you want us to take it out or go back to the person that put it in. Thennnnnn I go to pick my car up and he says I also put in new filters yours were really bad. Liberty car care has my business from now on.! Thanks guys for your honesty! Deena Weber

I bought a refurbished engine (w/warranty) through Liberty Car Care that started burning oil 2 months into use. Jeremy, Cory and Erika spent months documenting (with photos) empty oil levels & odometer readings followed by months of fighting the warranty company on my behalf. Due to their persistence, emailing supervisors of supervisors and solid documentation, the warranty company *finally* took responsibility and replaced the engine. Once the engine was received, they worked me in as soon as possible and personally test drove the car for over 60 miles. They spent time explaining things to me and asked to see the car back after 1,000 miles (free of charge) just to make sure every thing looks right. As a middleman in this situation, who wasn't responsible for the actual mistake, they went above and beyond. It was a frustrating experience for everyone, with bumps along the way and many additional expenses, but after working with them for OVER a year on this issue... in the end, they absolutely stood beside me and did the right thing even when it was hard. Owners Jeremy and Ericka are honest, hardworking and compassionate business owners that I highly recommend. I'm very thankful and appreciative for them.

I've used Liberty Car Care for repairs on my ol' Honda for about a year now and I am always grateful for their professional and courteous demeanor, communication, timeliness, and hard work. This time my radiator blew and I rolled in with smoke billowing from under the hood. They looked at my car the next morning. The cost of the repairs were entirely appropriate for the work needed and they got me back on the road in no time. Car's running great and though I don't hope to need any more repairs this Winter, I know who I'll call when I do.

Stephan was a good conversation, had my best interest, squeezed me in to their tight schedule, and saved me money. Go here!
