I took my daughter's car in for an alignment. The car had slid off the road into a ditch prior to us purchasing it, which had caused some damage. I was immediately informed that there may be other repairs required before an alignment could be done. I had used another shop in the past, that I have no doubt would not have mentioned this, and would have attempted the alignment without the repairs (this other shop tried to charge me extra for making adjustments during an alignment....that's what an alignment is). I was impressed with Liberty Car Care's upfront honesty, and happily had them complete the repairs necessary for the alignment. The following week I took my own vehicle in for an alignment. I will definitely keep them in mind in the future.
