Liberty Auto Repair

I have searched for a shop for years that is honest, upfront and fair and been sadly disappointed and quite frankly taken advantage of. However, when I took my car to Liberty Car Care for diagnosis and repairs, I was overwhelmed with their pleasant customer service, their attention to detail, the time they took to ensure they made the correct repair the first time and how quickly they got it completed. In my opinion, just good service doesn’t necessarily constitute a review, but the excellent service I received from Liberty Car Care left me compelled to pass along the word.

The struts in my Fiat had to be replaced so I knew it was going to be a pricy repair. Naturally, I shopped around to 3 other local shops and checked the reviews for each one. I made it to Liberty Car Care whose reviews were glowing (adding this one to the list) and the ones that weren't had the situational reality professionally corrected. I called for the price which beat my expectations and their service was the whip cream & cherry on top! They found that I needed to replace my CV axle next. I couldn't do it the same day, but I trusted them to do that work and received the same care and respect. Thank you, team!
